We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you received your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your existing item and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.

EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the item for any reason within 14 days without providing any valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
